Hey I'm Paige
I'm a 28 years old, a mum to one (so far!), and the baker behind Paige’s Pantry. I’ve always had a strong connection to the kitchen, and cooking and baking have always been how I show my love.
I grew up with the smell of cakes cooling on the bench, biscuits tucked into tins, and pastry baking in the oven. My grandmother mastered the art of baking while raising four young children and being an active part of her community in the Chatham Islands — skills and recipes she passed on to my mum, and now to me. It’s a thread that connects my family and a big part of why I do what I do today.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll probably find me on an outdoor adventure with my little one, or making my annual trip back to the Chatham Islands to visit my family. For me, baking isn’t just about the food — it’s about connection, tradition, and making people feel at home.

I own more cake tins than dinner plates
I’ve started my baker’s apprenticeship four times… and never finished. I’m a hands-on girl, not a paperwork one.
